1. Install indoors or on platform boxes, with a minimum height of 20 cm above ground level;
2. Ambient temperature: -10°C to +40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 85%; avoid flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases;
3. Avoid environments with water droplets, steam, or oily dust;
4. Installation site should be vibration-free;
5. Ensure secure installation with reliable grounding of the device enclosure; vertical tilt should not exceed 5 degrees;
6. Maintain sufficient heat dissipation and maintenance space around and above the energy-saving device;
7. Before powering on, thoroughly inspect all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and in good condition; the air switch should be in the off position.

Main circuit operation process:
1. First, using a high-precision timer, automatically adjusts daily on/off times according to seasonal changes.
2. When the timer activates the main circuit to supply power for lighting, the first 5-8 minutes (pre-set) operate at full voltage to ensure proper bulb preheating and normal operation.
3. After the preheating phase, the microprocessor controls the thyristor phase shift to smoothly enter the ramp-down period, then automatically switches to primary energy-saving mode for stable operation.
4. For road lighting control, given reduced traffic late at night, besides primary energy-saving levels, secondary energy-saving levels are recommended for late-night operation to achieve better power savings.
